Featuring behind-the-scenes tour and cheese tasting, a discussion of partnerships with EDC Warren County, NYS support, and facility expansion, highlighting how investments have helped scale production and build tourism interest
2:15–3:30 p.m. – Revolution Rail Co.
Experience a weather-permitting short railbike ride with an overview of business growth into four rail lines and discussion of public-private partnerships. Experience an example of county collaboration to transform idle infrastructure into a sustainable tourism asset.
3:45–4:30 p.m. – Adirondack Folk School
This guided tour of facilities includes the blacksmith shop with a live demonstration, insights into NYSCA grant support, curriculum expansion, and tourism programming, and an overview of the school’s impact on year-round visitation and artisan heritage promotion.
4:30 p.m. – Return to Fort William Henry
