- Heritage Tourism 'Along the Erie Canal': Historic milestones like the United States 250th Commemoration and the Erie Canal 200th Celebration have drawn attention to the enormous upside potential in New York State's historic sites, attractions and assets. Participants will travel from Utica's harbor to Rome, NY's Bellamy Harbor, tour the Fort Stanwix National Monument, and return to the Oneida County History Center for discussion and summary remarks.
